Being a mom to little ones; the reality of finding time to work out or do anything for your fitness journey can be hard. I have been on the fitness wagon, and fallen off due to not being able to keep up. To keep up with my two rugrats, I need to make sure my health and body are a priority! I am trying to do better with taking time to get some workouts in but, working at my own pace and time to alleviate the pressure. Here are a few of my favorite YouTube exercise channels that I love to follow:
- Heather Robertson: I feel like her workouts are the most thorough feels like you have your trainer right in your home. But this is no workout channel for anyone needing a sweet/simple exercise. Her workouts are more fast-paced and sure to give you a burn for a few days. It’s very detailed, very well timed, plus the structure makes it very easy to follow.
- MadFit: is my everyday type of work out for a quick and simple workout to give me just the boost I need to get going with my day. Maddie is fun with her exercises and has a mix of dance choreography, HIIT workouts. Her structure is pretty easy to follow, but its best for short and thorough exercise.
- Emi Wong: Emi was one of the very first at-home workouts I did when I decided I was going to start doing at-home exercises. Her works outs are perfect for beginners who don’t want anything too intense, and want to just keep up. She has less structure, but if you aren’t a big fitness person it won’t matter to you.
There are endless options of workouts on the internet, these are the ones I have tried and like the most. I feel like they are best for any mom regardless of what path of her fitness journey she is.

This is awesome! I am looking to really get back into fitness after I recover from delivery in January. This is baby #3 so I will take all the help I can get!

Since I'd rather not go to the gym just yet considering what's going on right now, short and intense workouts at home is exactly what I'm looking for. I will be sure to check those YT workout routines out.

I’ve never heard of these workouts but they sound really cool! I’ve always been a gym equipment kind of girl but I have always wanted to try a video series

Thanks for sharing your workout experience/preferences. It can be so hard for moms to find the time to workout but it is so beneficial when we do!
