I am right there with you, it’s hard between caring for kids, having fully time jobs, and a social life when is there even time to schedule in fitness! I have hacked some simple, but effective workout plan to you done in no time and feeling great afterwards.

- Jump Rope: These actually take me back to my childhood, jump roping in the streets with the other kids from the neighborhood. Who knew we were actually getting our fitness on. It’s fun, simple and you could even do it while playing with the kids.
- Jumping Jacks: This is one of those fun and simple exercises that you really could break a sweat doing, and also something you can get the kids involved in doing.
- Squats: I won’t lie have not been much of a fan of squats, but it does do wonders for the booty. You could always just make it a fun challenge, and give Meg the Stallion a run for her knees lol
- Bike Rides: This has been my go to lately, super easy and you can make it a leisure thing so it doesn’t feel like you are exercising. Plus make it a family bike ride, and you can spend more quality time with them.
- Walks: You can never go wrong with a nice walk, it’s definitely an underrated exercise. But, it could definitely get the blood flowing and heart racing. You can always make it a little more intense, and make it a power walk.
